1. What this covers

This is the privacy policy for lvl8design.com. It explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it. There is no account, no login and no payment on this site.

2. What we collect

• The contact form. If you send us a message we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write. The form is handled by Netlify (our hosting provider), which stores the submission and emails it to us.
• Email you send us. If you email hello@lvl8design.com we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
• Server logs. Netlify keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period to run and secure the site. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we set no tracking cookies.

3. How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to do the work you ask for. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the site (Netlify for hosting and forms, our email provider for mail).

4. How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as we are talking, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back. Ask and we will delete them sooner.

5. Your choices

Email hello@lvl8design.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
